To address many complex health problems, there is an urgent need for new data collection methods which are able to reveal dynamics over time in key domains of social life. The RDSL tested a new data collection method that integrated telephone interviewing into a longitudinal web survey with the objective of collecting weekly measures of pregnancy desires, contraceptive use, and intimate relationships.
